The shift.
We built Fuel Up because fleet operators had accepted a hidden tax: drivers spending paid hours fueling their own vehicles and driving them to mechanics. Every service was a truck pulled off route and an hour pulled out of the driver's day. Fuel, oil, tires, windshields, washes, vehicle turnover. All of it on the clock.
We consolidated every service onto one on-site schedule, performed while vehicles are idle. Overnight, between shifts, during natural downtime. Then we built the AI Fleet Manager to automate the scheduling itself. Your drivers stay on the job. Your team does what humans do best.
Today we manage 3,500+ vehicles across Las Vegas, Phoenix, Salt Lake City, Denver, Boise, running 6,000+ services a month. To date that's 150,000+ services performed on-site. Roughly 45,000 driver-hours reclaimed across fueling, oil, tires, windshield, and cleaning.
