These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Fuel Up website and services. By using our site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Services
Fuel Up provides on-site mobile fleet services including fuel delivery, oil changes, cleaning, tire services, windshield repair and replacement, vehicle buy/sell, and the AI Fleet Manager platform. Specific service terms are confirmed in each customer service agreement.
Payment
Billing is monthly on net terms agreed in the service order, or per-delivery as specified. Late payments may incur finance charges as permitted by law.
Scheduling & Access
Customer is responsible for providing safe, lawful access to the service location and for ensuring the fleet is available at the scheduled service window. Missed service windows may incur reasonable rescheduling fees.
Warranties
Services are performed by licensed, insured technicians to industry standards. Parts and consumables carry manufacturer warranties. We warrant our workmanship for 90 days or as specified in a particular service agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fuel Up's liability is limited to direct damages not exceeding the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, and the AI Fleet Manager software are the property of Fuel Up or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or reverse-engineer without written permission.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction within Utah, unless otherwise specified in a customer service agreement.
