This Privacy Policy describes how Fuel Up collects, uses, and protects information from customers, website visitors, and fleet telematics systems.

Information We Collect

Customer information. Company name, contact name, email, phone, billing address, and vehicle inventory data you provide when requesting a quote or becoming a customer.

Telematics data (AI Fleet Manager). Vehicle location, mileage, diagnostic codes, fuel usage, tire pressure, oil life, and similar operational signals ingested from your connected telematics platforms (e.g., Samsara, Geotab, Motive).

Website data. Standard server logs, cookies for site functionality, and analytics about pages visited. We do not use cross-site advertising trackers.

How We Use Information

  • To deliver the services you've requested (fuel, maintenance, scheduling).
  • To operate the AI Fleet Manager: predict maintenance needs and schedule services.
  • To invoice, provide compliance documentation, and respond to customer inquiries.
  • To improve our services and internal operations.

Data Sharing

We do not sell customer data or telematics data. We share information only with vendors necessary to perform services (e.g., parts suppliers, payment processors) under contract. We may disclose information if required by law.

Data Retention

We retain operational data for the duration of our services plus a reasonable period thereafter for compliance and warranty support. Telematics data is retained for as long as your AI Fleet Manager service is active; upon termination you may request deletion.

Your Choices

You can request a copy of the information we hold about your organization, correct it, or request deletion subject to legal retention obligations. Contact sales@getfuelup.com.

Security

We use industry-standard safeguards for data in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure; we disclose breaches as required by applicable law.
